Currently, Synergie Hunt International is in search of dynamic retail leaders for a prominent Canadian discount retail organization.

This role will involve significant physical activity, with a primary emphasis on retail stock replenishment. A robust background in retail merchandising is crucial.

We are seeking candidates who possess the following qualifications:

  1. A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in the retail sector, including at least 3 years in a supervisory role;
  2. Flexibility regarding availability and work schedules (day, evening, weekend);
  3. Capability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume setting;
  4. Ability to manage physical demands on a daily basis;
  5. Proficiency in organizing time effectively and prioritizing tasks;
  6. Strong leadership and communication abilities;
  7. Excellent time management skills and the capacity to prioritize effectively.
