Tri-global Solutions Group Inc. is in search of a highly skilled Senior Project Coordinator to enhance our dedicated Service Delivery team within the healthcare sector.
The successful candidate will be expected to work in a hybrid model, with a mix of onsite and remote work, ensuring flexibility in scheduling.
PROJECT OVERVIEW
The Senior Project Coordinator will collaborate with various departments within the healthcare organization and liaise with external partners, clients, and vendors to guarantee the successful execution of the Digital Correspondence initiative. This role will involve managing large-scale, complex projects that may present ambiguous goals and strategies. The Senior Project Coordinator will leverage their expertise to clarify objectives and identify effective strategies for project delivery.
Project Focus: Abdominal Aortic Aneurysm (AAA)
The role involves expanding the Cancer Screening Registry into a comprehensive multi-purpose Screening Registry, which necessitates legislative changes and is a prerequisite for initiating the first AAA invitation letter.
DESCRIPTION OF SERVICES
- Responsible for ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and meet the defined scope while adhering to relevant legislation and internal policies.
- Manage project resources, scope, budget, schedule, and quality of deliverables.
- Foster strong working relationships and maintain effective communication with sponsors, partners, vendors, and project teams.
- Organize and facilitate project meetings.
- Implement effective project change control processes, including managing IT Requests for Change (RFCs).
- Proactively identify and mitigate risks, and address known issues systematically.
- Uphold and promote compliance with organizational policies, including Privacy, Security, and Record Management.
- Oversee the transition of the project deliverables to operational environments.
MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum of 11 years of experience in managing complex projects.
- Proficient in various project management methodologies including Waterfall, Agile, and Hybrid.
- Experience in managing projects within the healthcare sector.
- Strong understanding of Software Development Life Cycles.
- Proven knowledge of project cost accounting principles and budget management.
- Demonstrated ability to successfully deliver complex IT projects under challenging conditions.
- Exceptional leadership and communication skills for managing teams and engaging with senior management.
- Ability to cultivate strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Skilled in conflict resolution at all levels.
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, Microsoft Project, Visio, SharePoint, and productivity tools such as Jira and Confluence.
DESIRABLE REQUIREMENTS
- Knowledge of Program and Portfolio management.
- Experience with IT Infrastructure and ITIL.
- Familiarity with DevOps practices.
- Awareness of current technology trends.
- Understanding of healthcare legislation such as PHIPA.
- Technical expertise gained through experience as a developer or architect.
