Role Responsibilities
At MEDUCOM, you will play a crucial role within a multidisciplinary team, engaging in a diverse range of internal and external projects aimed at developing and executing innovative communication and marketing strategies in both English and French. As part of the Client Service team, your efforts will be directed towards maintaining the team's core mission: to cultivate trustworthy relationships through strategic project management that meets brand objectives, enhancing client experiences and simplifying their processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide strategic counsel to clients in project management:
- Develop and regularly update critical path documents to ensure projects are delivered on schedule.
- Evaluate budget and project scope to guarantee that final deliverables align with client expectations.
- Offer strategic insights to clients for current and upcoming projects, positioning MEDUCOM as a trusted partner.
- Engage with industry regulatory bodies, such as PAAB, CFPC, and RCPSC.
- Deliver exceptional service and foster trusted client relationships:
- Communicate with clients and internal team members via email and phone to ensure successful project execution.
- Respond promptly to all client inquiries, prioritizing effectively.
- Anticipate client needs proactively and address them with professionalism.
- Exemplify MEDUCOM's commitment to quality and integrity:
- Consistently produce error-free and brand-enhancing written and verbal communications.
- Source, negotiate, and manage reliable suppliers (e.g., web developers, printers, AV, venues).
- Plan and oversee live event logistics to meet MEDUCOM's high-quality standards.
- Proofread all program content and materials in both English and French.
- Enhance industry knowledge:
- Gain a deep understanding of the brands you work with and how MEDUCOM can assist clients in achieving their goals.
- Stay informed about industry guidelines and standards to position MEDUCOM as a leading partner.
Essential Skills & Qualifications
- A university degree, preferably in biological or life sciences, with exposure to marketing or communications.
- Experience in the pharmaceutical industry or project management roles.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills that enable effective interaction with diverse individuals.
- Strong time management skills with a keen attention to detail and accuracy.
- Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Proficient computer skills in programs including (but not limited to) Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
- Demonstrated problem-solving and analytical skills in a creative, dynamic, multitasking environment.
- Unwavering customer service and communication skills essential for building and maintaining client relationships.
- Enthusiasm, motivation, and a flexible, 'can-do' attitude, along with the perseverance to ensure timely project completion.
