Project Coordinator

CB Canada is seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to join their team in the Guelph area. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for planning, organizing, and directing pre, during, and post-construction activities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and coordinate project timelines, budgets, and resources
- Collaborate with estimating teams to ensure project feasibility and profitability
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with general contractors, suppliers, and clients
- Ensure site safety and compliance with regulatory requirements
- Manage project finances, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure project delivery
- Other duties as required/assigned
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in a similar role
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical documents
- Post-secondary degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent
