Position Overview:

In the role of Project Manager, you will be instrumental in identifying, pursuing, and securing new business prospects within the engineering consulting field. This role demands a strategic mindset with a proven history of successfully managing and concluding projects, alongside a strong ability to nurture and sustain client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

Business Development: Proactively sourcing, negotiating, and facilitating new business opportunities. Proposal and Contract Management: Crafting and presenting proposals that encompass scope, fees, and qualifications for public and client RFPs. Client Relationship Management: Fostering robust working relationships with clients. Project Oversight: Leading a team of RWDI consultants to achieve project goals by supervising the preparation of documentation produced by the technical team. Project Performance: Ensuring accountability for project outcomes, timely and quality delivery, while meeting or exceeding client expectations. Financial Management: Overseeing financial aspects of the project, including revenue tracking, invoicing, and receivables recovery. Quality Assurance: Ensuring that quality assurance processes are completed, documented, and align with company standards and project requirements. Innovation: Monitoring industry trends and innovations to guarantee that RWDI consistently provides relevant services and innovative deliverables. Presentations and Conferences: Regularly preparing and delivering presentations at project meetings, workshops, and industry events.

Demonstrated experience in business development and project management within the engineering consulting industry. Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture, or a related discipline. Familiarity with building design and construction processes, codes, standards, and protocols. Strong grasp of engineering principles and the capability to establish and maintain client relationships. Proficient in communicating technical concepts to clients effectively. Exceptional interpersonal skills, with the ability to cultivate and sustain client relationships. Results-driven with a proven ability to meet and exceed targets. Excellent organizational and time-management abilities. Willingness to travel as required.

Compensation:
