We are seeking a dedicated Administrative Assistant to join our team at NUNAVUT AIRPORT SERVICES LTD. This role is crucial in ensuring smooth office operations and providing exceptional support to our staff.
Qualifications- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years in a similar role
The successful candidate will work in an airport setting, which requires a high level of organization and attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities- Establish and implement office procedures and routines
- Schedule and confirm appointments efficiently
- Manage telephone communications and relay messages
- Respond to electronic inquiries promptly
- Order and maintain office supplies inventory
- Welcome visitors and direct them to appropriate contacts or service areas
- Set up and maintain both manual and computerized filing systems
- Type and proofread various documents, including correspondence and forms
This position requires:
- Attention to Detail: Ensuring accuracy in all tasks
The ideal candidate will possess:
