Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Associate to join our team at Traveland RV Canada. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for selling new and used recreational vehicles, providing exceptional customer service, and meeting sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales and Marketing: Develop and implement sales strategies to meet or exceed monthly sales targets, including cold calling, prospecting, and negotiating sales.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty, including responding to customer inquiries, resolving issues, and maintaining a positive reputation for the company.
  • Product Knowledge: Stay up-to-date on products, market trends, and certification to provide expert advice to customers and make informed sales decisions.
  • CRM and Data Management: Utilize CRM software to manage customer relationships, track sales performance, and analyze sales data to inform sales strategies.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with sales leadership and other team members to achieve sales targets, share best practices, and provide support as needed.

Requirements:

  • Education and Experience: Previous sales experience is not necessary, but relevant education and prior sales training are a plus.
  • Skills and Abilities: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
