Kitchen Assistant

We are seeking a skilled Kitchen Assistant to join our team at YNT Hakka. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our dining areas.
Key Responsibilities- Bring clean dishes, flatware, and other items to serving areas and set tables.
- Clear and clean tables, trays, and chairs.
- Operate dishwashers to wash dishes, glassware, and flatware.
- Keep records of the quantities of food used.
- Portion and wrap foods.
- Serve customers at counters or buffet tables.
- Take customers' orders.
- Clean and sanitize kitchen areas, including work surfaces, cupboards, storage areas, appliances, and equipment.
- Receive, unpack, and store supplies in refrigerators, freezers, cupboards, and other storage areas.
- Remove kitchen garbage and trash.
- Sweep, mop, wash, and polish floors.
- Wash, peel, and cut vegetables and fruit.
- Criminal record check.
- Physically demanding.
- Repetitive tasks.
- Ability to lift up to 23 kg (50 lbs).
- Reliability.
- Team player.
