About the Role

As a Sales Success Manager-Hybrid at Moneris, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth, account retention, and client satisfaction for newly onboarded e-commerce merchants. This role is a key part of our National Sales Centre, working closely with our sales teams, website creation team, and other specialized sales teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage new e-commerce merchants within the first 30-60 days to drive customer retention, revenue growth, and satisfaction achievement targets.
  • Provide internal sales demos to customers as a website/restaurant SME (Subject Matter Expert).
  • Upsell and cross-sell to enhance clients' solutions and drive value-added solutions.
  • Grow revenues and seek opportunities to find new merchants through referral selling and campaign call outs.
  • Provide excellent customer experience and manage customer attrition.
  • Achieve CSAT (customer satisfaction score) targets.
  • Utilize a consultative sales approach to consult with clients, ensuring they receive all applicable payment solutions for their business and uncover needs for our VAS solutions.
  • Develop business relationships with SME clients to ensure a strong, long-standing relationship and regular account reviews with key stakeholders.
  • Work with the RBC and BMO Partner teams and clients to drive e-commerce distribution.
  • Provide thought leadership for merchants and our teams (e.g. sales, marketing, product, project).
About You

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced professional with a Bachelor's degree in Business, Commerce, Marketing, or a related field. Equivalent work experience may be considered a substitution. You should have 2+ years of experience in SaaS sales, success management, digital marketing, e-commerce, website development, or payments. Knowledge of sales reporting, tracking, and consultative selling processes is essential.
