We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Success Manager to join our team at Moneris. As a key member of our National Sales Centre, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth, account retention, and client satisfaction for our e-commerce merchants.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage new e-commerce merchants to drive customer retention, revenue growth, and satisfaction achievement targets
  • Provide internal sales demos to customers as a website/restaurant SME
  • Upsell and cross-sell to enhance client's solution and drive value-added solutions
  • Grow revenues and seek opportunities to find new merchants through referral selling and campaign call outs
  • Provide excellent customer experience and manage customer attrition
  • Utilize a consultative sales approach to ensure clients receive all applicable payment solutions and uncover needs for our VAS solutions
  • Develop business relationships with SME clients to ensure a strong, long-standing relationship
  • Work with RBC and BMO Partner teams and clients to drive e-commerce distribution
  • Provide thought leadership for merchants and our teams
Your Moneris Career - What You Bring
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Commerce, Marketing, or a related field
  • 2+ years of experience in SaaS sales, success management, digital marketing, e-commerce, website development, or payments
  • Knowledge of sales reporting, tracking, and consultative selling process
