At Travel + Leisure Co., we're dedicated to putting the world on vacation. As a Guest Services Supervisor, you'll play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional experiences for millions of travelers worldwide.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Lead daily front- and back-of-house operations to ensure seamless guest experiences.
- Provide expert guidance on guest check-in and check-out procedures, analyzing reports to inform decision-making.
- Maintain accurate room inventory and administer schedule adjustments to meet guest, associate, and financial requirements.
- Develop and coach staff to deliver outstanding customer service, exceeding guest expectations.
- Support customer service standards that directly communicate reservation flag information.
Your Qualifications:
- Valid driver's license.
- Demonstrated ability to work under pressure.
- Basic leadership skills with ability to coach, mentor, and train staff.
- Excellent verbal and written communication, as well as excellent hospitality service skills.
- Working knowledge of various computer software programs, including property management systems.
- Comprehension and literacy for analyzing reports.
- 1 year of supervisory or management level experience.
- 1 year of hotel, timeshare or hospitality service experience.
Compensation: The hourly rate for this role is $28.50.
