Key Responsibilities:
  • Create and update long-term plans and agendas for Technology Governance Committee meetings
  • Communicate milestones to stakeholders and hold them accountable to deadlines
  • Partner with stakeholders in Finance, HR, and Tech Risk to source data and information for meeting materials
  • Conduct quality assurance processes for meeting materials
  • Identify process or outcome problems to improve services
  • Manage documentation and minutes taking for meetings
  • Monitor data and reporting for compliance issues
Requirements:
  • 2-5 years of experience in a similar role
  • Ability to analyze results and synthesize outcomes for others
  • Attention to detail
  • Ability to hold others accountable and escalate
  • Proficient in MS Office, especially PowerPoint
  • Excellent communication skills
