Role Overview

As a Senior Enterprise Architect, you will leverage architectural principles and methodologies to navigate business, process, information, application, and technology transformations. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Collaborating with business and IT leaders to enhance and manage the enterprise architecture framework, standards, and processes.
  • Leading initiatives related to enterprise modeling to establish guidelines, rules, and a meta-model for content creation and adoption.
  • Engaging with IT leaders and business experts to comprehend business strategies and priorities, translating them into strategic requirements and supporting the development of value-driven roadmaps.
  • Facilitating senior-level technology committees to define and govern the strategic direction of technology by conducting high-level architecture assessments and presenting insights and recommendations.
  • Conducting research on emerging technology trends to support the business vision and presenting findings to senior management.
Qualifications
  • A degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline with a minimum of 10 years of experience in the IT sector.
  • In-depth knowledge of business architecture, application architecture, and information architecture.
  • Experience with enterprise architecture modeling tools and methodologies is preferred.
  • Familiarity with at least one architecture framework (e.g., TOGAF, Zachman, Gartner) is advantageous.
  • Understanding of key architectural concepts and practices, along with at least 5 years of solution architecture experience.
  • Hands-on experience in architecting enterprise-wide application environments and conducting complex analyses.
  • Strong business acumen, proven leadership capabilities, and excellent influencing skills.
  • Exceptional teamwork, interpersonal, and communication skills, with the ability to think strategically in a technical context.

Compensation: Level F $94,228 per annum

Days of Work: This position works a 5-day work week with a day off in a 3-week cycle.

Hours of Work: Standard 35-hour work week
