Office Coordinator

We are seeking a dedicated Administrative Assistant to join our team at S&T Accounting. This role is essential in ensuring smooth office operations and providing exceptional support to our staff.

- Weekly Hours: 32.5 hours
Applicants should possess a Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
Key Responsibilities- Organize and coordinate meetings, seminars, and conferences.
- Document and prepare minutes for meetings and events.
- Establish and implement office procedures and routines.
- Manage appointment scheduling and confirmations.
- Handle incoming calls and relay messages effectively.
- Respond to electronic inquiries in a timely manner.
- Compile and analyze data, statistics, and other relevant information.
- Order and maintain office supplies and inventory.
- Coordinate travel arrangements and itineraries.
- Welcome visitors and direct them to appropriate contacts.
- Maintain both manual and electronic filing systems.
- Type and proofread various documents and correspondence.
- Proficient in MS Windows and MS Office.
- Correspondence management
- Report and record keeping

- Meet tight deadlines while maintaining attention to detail.
- Perform repetitive tasks with minimal supervision.

1 to 2 years of relevant experience is preferred.
