Key Responsibilities:

  • Thoroughly clean resort accommodations, including bedrooms, kitchens, bathrooms, and living areas
  • Adhere to established housekeeping standards and protocols
  • Perform cleaning tasks such as vacuuming, dusting, and sanitizing
  • Make beds and replenish supplies like kitchenware and toiletries
  • Sort, count, fold, and manage linens
  • Safeguard hotel and guest property, reporting any damage or lost items to supervisors
  • Maintain positive relationships with guests and team members
  • Address guest inquiries and concerns to ensure complete satisfaction
  • Resolve guest issues effectively and escalate matters requiring further attention to management
  • Recommend service recovery options when necessary
  • Encourage teamwork and quality service through effective communication and collaboration with other departments.
