We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Full Time Hospitality Attendant to join our team at Whistler Village Inn + Suites. As a key member of our Adventure Service Team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional guest service and ensuring that our resort units are clean and well-maintained.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Cleaning and Maintenance: Clean resort units to include sleeping quarters, kitchens, bathrooms, and living rooms, maintaining and adhering to housekeeping detail standards.
  • Guest Service: Respond appropriately to guest inquiries and concerns to ensure total guest satisfaction, handle guest issues to resolution, and make appropriate service recovery recommendations.
  • Teamwork and Communication: Promote team work and quality service through daily communications and coordination with other departments.
