Job Description

**Job Title:** Test Lead, Microsoft 365

**Job Summary:** We are seeking a highly skilled Test Lead, Microsoft 365 to join our team at CB Canada. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the testing effort for our Microsoft 365 project, ensuring that all testing activities are completed on time and to a high standard.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Testing Strategy: Develop and implement a comprehensive testing strategy for the Microsoft 365 project, ensuring that all testing activities are aligned with the project's goals and objectives.
  • Test Team Management: Lead and manage a team of testers, providing guidance and support to ensure that all testing activities are completed to a high standard.
  • Test Planning and Execution: Plan and execute all testing activities, including test case development, test data preparation, and test execution.
  • Defect Management: Identify, document, and track defects, working with the development team to resolve defects and ensure that all testing activities are completed to a high standard.
  • Communication and Collaboration: Communicate effectively with the project team, stakeholders, and other departments to ensure that all testing activities are aligned with the project's goals and objectives.
  • Quality Assurance: Ensure that all testing activities are completed to a high standard, identifying and documenting any quality issues and working with the development team to resolve them.
Requirements:
  • Experience: 2+ years of experience in a testing role, with a strong understanding of software quality control concepts and practices.
  • Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
  • Certifications: Certification from a training association is an asset.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience with Microsoft Products: 2+ years of experience with Microsoft products, including Teams, Exchange, and SharePoint.
  • Experience with Hospital/Clinical Systems: Working knowledge of hospital/clinical systems, care delivery processes, clinical roles, policies, and standards.
  • Leadership and Management Skills: Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders and meet deadlines in a fast-paced work environment.
