About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Senior Portfolio Manager to lead our team in Institutional Portfolio Operations. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the team, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing process enhancements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a large team across two locations, managing the day-to-day operations and ensuring seamless execution of tasks.
  • Identify areas for improvement and implement process enhancements to increase efficiency and productivity.
  • Coach and mentor junior team members to develop their skills and knowledge.
  • Manage client invoicing, assets management, corporate and client cash flow processing, and data management and reporting.
  • Analyze current processes and redesign them to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Reconcile portfolio accounting records with the custodian's records.
Requirements
  • At least five years of direct management experience in back office and administration.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or Economics.
  • Financial Services industry experience.
