Job Summary

The Institutional Portfolio Operations Analyst plays a critical role in providing accurate investment portfolio data to the entire CC&L Financial Group family. This position requires a strong understanding of investment operations and reconciliations, as well as excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities

Reconcile various items, including cash, transactions, holdings, futures, and derivative products
Communicate with custodians, prime brokers, portfolio managers, and key personnel to investigate and resolve reconciliation discrepancies
Communicate critical portfolio information and oversee the flow of sensitive information for all CC&L affiliates
Work with auditors to provide accurate and timely data for audits of institutional client accounts
Participate in operational projects focusing on automation, efficiency, and scalability of IPO's services

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or related field
Minimum 4 years of experience in institutional investment operations and reconciliations
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
Ability to think critically and analyze complex data
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
