Key Responsibilities:
  • Event Planning: Work closely with clients to understand their event requirements and preferences, and develop customized event plans to meet their needs.
  • Cash Handling: Balance cash and complete balance sheets, cash reports, and related forms to ensure accurate financial records.
  • Inventory Management: Organize and maintain inventory to ensure that all necessary supplies and equipment are available for events.
  • Health and Safety: Ensure that all health and safety regulations are followed, and that the event space is clean and safe for guests.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to clients and guests, addressing any concerns or complaints in a professional and timely manner.
  • Team Management: Supervise a team of 3-4 staff members, providing guidance and support to ensure that events are executed to a high standard.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience.
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a related field.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 30 to 40 hours per week.
