Job Title: Banquet Manager

At JC's Grill House, we are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Banquet Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the planning and execution of banquets, events, and catering services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Financial Management: Balance cash and complete balance sheets, cash reports, and related forms.
  • Cost Control: Cost products and services to ensure profitability.
  • Inventory Management: Organize and maintain inventory to meet customer demands.
  • Health and Safety: Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Client Relations: Negotiate with clients for catering or use of facilities.
  • Marketing: Participate in marketing plans and implementation.
  • Leadership: Lead and instruct individuals to achieve team goals.
  • Customer Service: Address customers' complaints or concerns.
  • Operations Management: Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience.
  • Work Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a related field.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 30 to 40 hours per week.
Work Environment:

The Banquet Manager will work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines, repetitive tasks, and a combination of sitting, standing, and walking.
