Account Manager

As a seasoned Account Manager at Bradken, you will play a pivotal role in driving business growth and customer satisfaction in the Oil Sands sector within the Mining Mobile Plant group. With a strong background in sales, account management, or business development in mining, you will leverage your expertise to develop and implement customer engagement and key account plans, maximizing growth and service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct regular customer site visits and remote consultations to identify new opportunities and maintain existing business relationships.
- Inspect and report on undercarriages, buckets, and GET, providing valuable insights to customers.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective fulfillment of customer requirements.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to support technical sales efforts.
- Manage account relationships, oversee existing business, and prospect for new opportunities in the mining industry.
Requirements:
- 3 or more years of experience in sales, account management, or business development in mining.
- High level of computer proficiency in MS Office, CRM systems.
- Strong time management and organization skills.
- Experience with mobile mining equipment, GET, buckets, or undercarriages is advantageous.
