  • Drive innovation within the technical team by staying up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies.
  • Implement cutting-edge solutions that enhance project outcomes and operational efficiency.
  • Identify and resolve technical challenges throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Mentor and support the growth of technical team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and development.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in a relevant domain, with at least 2 published multiplayer games.
  • Proven experience as a Technical Director or in a similar senior technical leadership role.
  • Strong understanding of game engines, software development, and technical project management.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
  • Experience with budgeting, resource allocation, and project management.
