Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and Coordinate Security Team: Lead and manage a team of security personnel, ensuring they are properly trained and equipped to perform their duties.
  • Schedule and Assign Tasks: Create and manage schedules, assign tasks, and monitor the performance of security personnel.
  • Emergency Response: Be the point of contact for emergency situations, ensuring a swift and effective response.
  • Reporting and Documentation: Prepare and submit progress reports, incident reports, and other necessary documentation.
  • Training and Development: Provide training and coaching to security personnel on job duties, safety procedures, and company policies.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year
  • Work Setting: Various locations
  • Certifications: Security Guard License
Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities:

This role requires a combination of sitting, standing, and walking.
