Restaurant Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Assistant Manager to join our team at 9393-2606 Québec Inc. in a dynamic and fast-paced restaurant environment.
Job Summary:The Assistant Manager will be responsible for supporting the Restaurant Manager in the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, including supervising staff, managing inventory, and ensuring excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities:- Supervision: Supervise a team of 5-10 staff members, providing guidance and support to ensure excellent customer service and efficient operations.
- Inventory Management: Manage inventory levels, including ordering and receiving supplies, and maintaining accurate records.
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
- Event Management: Plan, organize, and direct events, including catering and facility rentals.
- Computer and Technology: Proficient in MS Office and other technology systems used in the restaurant.
- Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Work in a fast-paced environment, standing for extended periods, and meeting tight deadlines.
- Personal Suitability: Accurate, client-focused, dependable, efficient interpersonal skills, excellent oral communication, flexibility, organized, and a team player.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: Experience an asset, with a minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a restaurant management role.
- Language: Fluency in French, with excellent oral communication skills.
- Work Hours: 30-40 hours per week, with flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings and weekends.
