Job Title: Paralegal/Legal Assistant

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Paralegal/Legal Assistant to join our team at Ollip P.C. This is an exciting opportunity for a dynamic individual who is well-versed in administrative tasks and has a passion for delivering exceptional client service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Client Intake: Manage client interactions, including communication, documentation, and follow-up tasks.
  • File Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date files, including conflict checks, document filing, and billing.
  • Research and Document Preparation: Conduct legal research, draft and revise documents, and prepare correspondence.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with colleagues to ensure seamless delivery of services and exceptional client experience.
Requirements:
  • Education: Completion of High School, college, or technical training.
  • Certification: Legal Assistant Certificate or Paralegal Diploma.
  • Experience: 1+ years of experience in a related field.
Essential Skills:
  • Organizational Skills: Strong ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to adapt to different communication styles.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Amicus Attorney, MS Word, and Excel, with the ability to learn new software and systems.
