Position Overview

Mainstreet Equity Corp is seeking a dedicated Property Management Supervisor to oversee residential properties. This role is crucial in ensuring the efficient operation and management of our rental units.

Qualifications
  • Education: Completion of secondary (high) school graduation certificate is required.
  • Experience: A minimum of 2 to 3 years of relevant experience in property management is essential.
Key Responsibilities
  • Recruit and manage rental agents and building superintendents to ensure high-quality service delivery.
  • Negotiate and authorize rental agreements or leases on behalf of property owners.
  • Draft and manage contracts for property services, including maintenance and repairs.
  • Coordinate the execution of repairs, maintenance, and renovation projects to uphold property standards.
  • Maintain comprehensive records of operating expenses and income for financial oversight.
  • Respond promptly to inquiries and trouble calls from clients or tenants to ensure satisfaction.
