The President and Chief Executive Officer will lead Lennox and Addington County General Hospital at a pivotal time in its history. With a strong reputation for providing high-quality care, the hospital is poised to expand its programs and services to meet the evolving needs of the community.

Key Responsibilities

  • Advance the organization's strategic plan and vision for a campus of care, delivering quality outcomes for patients and communities.
  • Provide mentorship and support to achieve high-performing teams, fostering staff engagement through visible leadership and effective succession planning.
  • Apply financial knowledge and creativity to maintain and leverage the hospital's strong financial position.
  • Ensure a rigorous capital development process for new facilities and redevelopment opportunities.
  • Establish strong relationships with provincial bodies, including the Ministry of Health and Ontario Health, to support strategic and clinical aspects of the hospital's future.
  • Lead the implementation of a new Regional Hospital Information System.
  • Optimize opportunities for health system leadership, innovation, and improved health outcomes through external partnerships and collaborations.
  • Collaborate with other providers to support care for residents, patients, and communities in the region.
