Restaurant Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Restaurant Operations Manager to join our team at Tim Hortons. As a key member of our restaurant team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, ensuring exceptional customer service, and maintaining a clean and safe environment for our guests.
Key Responsibilities- Determine the type of services to be offered and implement operational procedures to ensure seamless execution.
- Balance cash and complete balance sheets, cash reports, and related forms to maintain accurate financial records.
- Conduct performance reviews to evaluate team members and provide constructive feedback for growth and development.
- Organize and maintain inventory to ensure efficient stock levels and minimize waste.
- Ensure health and safety regulations are followed to maintain a safe working environment.
- Negotiate arrangements with suppliers for food and other supplies to optimize costs and quality.
- Participate in marketing plans and implementation to drive sales and customer engagement.
- Lead and instruct individuals to achieve team goals and objectives.
- Address customers' complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
- Provide exceptional customer service to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations to maintain efficiency and productivity.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field.
- 5-10 people supervision experience.
- Electronic cash register and MS Office skills.
- Criminal record check.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, under pressure, and with tight deadlines.
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Flexibility and ability to work in a team environment.
- Reliability and ability to maintain a high level of accuracy.
- Night shift premium.
- Permanent work term.
- English language work environment.
- 35 to 40 hours per week.
