Chief Executive Officer

LACGH is seeking a seasoned healthcare leader to serve as its Chief Executive Officer. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of fostering care excellence and leading innovations in care. The CEO will be responsible for leading the organization's strategic plan and vision for an integrated campus of care, advancing the organization's mission and values, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the organization's strategic planning and implementation
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure high-quality patient care
  • Collaborate with the Board of Directors and Senior Leadership Team to set priorities and achieve organizational goals
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including physicians, staff, and community partners
  • Ensure the organization's financial sustainability and stability

  • Proven track record of leadership and innovation in healthcare
