Overnight Guest Services Coordinator

We are looking for a dedicated Overnight Guest Services Coordinator to enhance our team during the night shifts on weekends. In this role, you will serve as the main contact for guests, ensuring exceptional service and the seamless operation of our establishment throughout the night.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver outstanding customer service to all guests
  • Efficiently manage check-in and check-out processes
  • Respond to guest inquiries and handle reservations
  • Maintain precise financial transaction records
  • Ensure guest security and confidentiality
  • Conduct night audit functions and reconcile revenue accounts
  • Promptly address guest requests and resolve issues
  • Perform additional tasks as needed

Required Qualifications

  • Competent in computer usage and basic accounting practices
  • Excellent verbal communication skills
  • Capable of working independently with minimal oversight
  • Willingness to work evening and overnight shifts, including weekends and holidays
