About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Support Services Executive to join our team at Maple Ginkgo Trading Inc. as a Vice-President of Support Services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Resource Allocation: Allocate material, human, and financial resources to implement organizational policies and programs, ensuring optimal utilization and alignment with business objectives.
  • Department Establishment: Authorize and organize the establishment of major departments and associated senior staff positions, fostering a culture of excellence and accountability.
  • Strategic Planning: Establish objectives for the organization and formulate or approve policies and programs, driving business growth and innovation.
  • Representation: Represent the organization, or delegate representatives to act on behalf of the organization, in negotiations or other official functions, maintaining a strong reputation and building strategic partnerships.
  • Talent Management: Select middle managers, directors, or other executive staff; delegate the necessary authority to them and create optimum working conditions, promoting a culture of collaboration and continuous learning.
  • Performance Evaluation: Conduct performance reviews, providing constructive feedback and coaching to ensure individual and team success.
  • Financial and Administrative Controls: Establish financial and administrative controls; formulate and approve promotional campaigns; and approve overall human resources planning, ensuring the organization's financial stability and operational efficiency.
Supervision and Team Management
  • Team Size: Supervise a team of 1 to 2 people, providing guidance, support, and development opportunities to ensure their success and growth.
