Strategic Planning Director

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team at Maple Ginkgo Trading Inc. as a Vice-President, Planning Services. This is a permanent position that requires a strong background in strategic planning, organizational development, and leadership.
Key Responsibilities- Resource Allocation: Allocate material, human, and financial resources to implement organizational policies and programs, ensuring effective utilization and optimal results.
- Department Establishment: Authorize and organize the establishment of major departments and associated senior staff positions, fostering a culture of excellence and accountability.
- Organizational Objectives: Establish objectives for the organization and formulate or approve policies and programs that align with our mission and vision.
- Representation: Represent the organization, or delegate representatives to act on behalf of the organization, in negotiations or other official functions, maintaining a strong reputation and building strategic partnerships.
- Leadership Development: Select middle managers, directors, or other executive staff; delegate the necessary authority to them and create optimum working conditions, promoting a culture of innovation and growth.
- Performance Management: Conduct performance reviews, providing constructive feedback and coaching to ensure individual and team success.
- Financial and Administrative Controls: Establish financial and administrative controls; formulate and approve promotional campaigns; and approve overall human resources planning, ensuring the organization's financial stability and operational efficiency.
Direct and manage a team of 1 to 2 people, providing guidance, support, and resources to ensure their success and growth.
