Kasa HR Consulting is collaborating with changepainTM Medical and Allied Health Clinic, a recognized interdisciplinary Pain Centre dedicated to personalized pain management and rehabilitation. The clinic employs advanced neuroscience-based therapies and is committed to enhancing mental function, physical performance, and overall life vitality.

Role Overview

In light of changepainTM's expansion, we are in search of a seasoned healthcare operations leader. This individual will be instrumental in fostering an environment where patients receive comprehensive support, staff are equipped to excel, and external collaborations flourish.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead a team of 20, managing 6 direct reports while indirectly overseeing a total of 70 staff members at the newly established location.
  • Oversee clinic operations, including clinician and patient scheduling, data management, and ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations and ethical standards.
  • Contribute to the financial stability of the clinic, promote a technology-driven atmosphere, and spearhead marketing initiatives and talent development programs.
  • Utilize technology and foster relationships to further the mission of changepainTM.

Leadership Collaboration

As a key member of the leadership team, you will engage closely with the Board of Directors, including the Founders, to strategize long-term objectives and clinic growth. Your innovative insights will enhance service delivery, while your relationship-building skills will cultivate teamwork and sustainable development.

Candidate Profile

We are looking for compassionate professionals with a proven track record in operations management, a genuine curiosity for people, and a commitment to promoting well-being. The ideal candidate will exemplify excellence, possess a personal drive to navigate challenging discussions for improved outcomes, and ensure that both patients and staff feel secure and valued.

Data-Driven Environment

Comfort with data analysis tools, particularly Excel and related software, is essential for informed decision-making. Familiarity with Inputhealth EMR is advantageous.

Compensation and Benefits

This position offers a competitive salary range of $80,000 to $110,000, commensurate with experience. changepainTM is dedicated to enhancing HR development and compensation structures, currently providing an annual bonus, three weeks of paid vacation, and comprehensive benefits. The organization also supports flexible work arrangements.
