Director, Clinical Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director, Clinical Operations to join our team at Fraser Health. This is a key leadership position that will play a critical role in shaping the future of healthcare in our region.
Key Responsibilities- Lead strategic and operational planning, integration, implementation, and delivery of clinical programs and services.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to communicate program and service needs and outcomes.
- Ensure programs and services operate within approved financial mandates and review and endorse budgets and financial plans.
- Oversee the development of policies and procedures to support integration and standardization of health programs and services.
- Ensure standardization of practice, quality, safety, and cost-effectiveness in the delivery of patient-centered care.
- Represent the organization in the health service community, civic, and provincial governments, or other external stakeholders.
- Develop and implement performance management criteria to inform program and individual performance plans.
- Provide leadership to support engagement, respect, and well-being among staff, and foster a culture of safety and quality.
- A Master's level of education in a field related to healthcare management, supplemented by 7-10 years of recent related leadership experience, or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
- Demonstrated leadership practices of the Fraser Health Leadership Framework, including clear, caring, and courageous leadership.
- Professional and technical capabilities, including leadership in complex organizational change, ability to work in a matrix reporting structure, and sound working knowledge of planning concepts related to service delivery, budgeting, staffing, quality, and strategic initiatives.
