Our mission is to utilize advanced neuroscience-based therapies to enhance mind function, physical performance, and overall life vitality.
Role Overview
In light of our ongoing expansion, we are in search of a dynamic Clinic Operations Manager who possesses a profound understanding of healthcare management. This role is pivotal in fostering an environment where patients feel valued, staff are equipped with robust support systems, and external collaborations flourish.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead a dedicated team of 20, with 6 direct reports, while indirectly overseeing a total workforce of 70 at our new location.
- Manage clinic operations, including clinician and patient scheduling, data oversight, and ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations and ethical standards.
- Drive financial performance, implement technology solutions, oversee marketing initiatives, and facilitate talent development within the clinic.
- Collaborate closely with the Board of Directors, including Founders, to strategize long-term planning and clinic growth.
- Utilize innovative ideas to enhance service delivery and build strong relationships to promote teamwork and sustainable growth.

Skills and Qualifications
As a data-driven organization, proficiency in Excel and related software for data-informed decision-making is essential. Familiarity with Inputhealth EMR is advantageous. Additionally, a solid understanding of the healthcare landscape is crucial, as decisions made in this role significantly impact patient care.
Compensation and Benefits
This position offers a competitive salary range of $80,000 to $110,000, commensurate with experience. changepainTM is committed to developing well-aligned HR practices and compensation packages, which currently include an annual bonus, three weeks of paid vacation, and comprehensive benefits. We also support flexible work arrangements.
