Pharmaceutical Project Manager Job Description

MMR Consulting is seeking a highly skilled Pharmaceutical Project Manager to join our team. As a Pharmaceutical Project Manager, you will be responsible for leading and managing projects from feasibility through to project completion, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical guidance and leadership to project teams, ensuring projects are executed in accordance with company policies and industry standards.
  • Develop and manage project plans, including project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, procurement, and construction, to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Manage project risks, issues, and changes, ensuring timely and effective resolution.
  • Prepare and review technical documentation, including project reports, meeting minutes, and technical specifications.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand project requirements and deliverables, ensuring client satisfaction.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, vendors, and internal teams.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, industry standards, and regulatory requirements.

Requirements:

  • 1-12+ years of experience in pharmaceutical project management, with a strong background in engineering and project management.
  • Previous experience in the pharmaceutical industry, with knowledge of cGMP operations and regulatory requirements.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to lead and manage project teams.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and resolve project risks and issues.
  • Strong technical knowledge of pharmaceutical processes and equipment, with the ability to develop and implement project plans.
  • Certification in project management, such as PMP or PRINCE2, is an asset.
