Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Project Coordinator to join our team. As a Sales Project Coordinator, you will be responsible for communicating with internal and external customers, providing quotes, order entry, and coordination of submittal drawings, order changes, and revisions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Communicate with internal and external customers to ensure seamless order processing and delivery.
  • Provide quotes, order entry, and coordination of submittal drawings, order changes, and revisions.
  • Support sales support activities, including quotations, follow-up quotations, sales order processing, and outreach to existing customers.
  • Handle projects from the order phase to delivery, ensuring timely and accurate completion.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Post-secondary degree or diploma in a sales, technical, marketing, or related field.
  • 5 years of inside sales experience in a manufacturing or technical production environment.
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
