About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Sales Representative to join our team at W & M Wire & Metal Product Ltd. as a Product Specialist. This is an exciting opportunity for a sales professional to leverage their expertise in industrial products and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Promote Sales: Identify and develop new business opportunities with existing clients, and build strong relationships to increase sales revenue.
  • Client Needs Assessment: Conduct thorough assessments of clients' needs and resources to recommend tailored solutions and products.
  • Sales Presentations: Deliver engaging and informative sales presentations to clients, highlighting the benefits and value of our products.
  • Contract Administration: Prepare and administer sales contracts, ensuring seamless transactions and customer satisfaction.
  • Customer Support: Provide exceptional customer support, addressing queries and concerns, and ensuring ongoing satisfaction.
  • Training and Development: Train customers' staff on the operation and maintenance of equipment, ensuring they are equipped to get the most out of our products.
  • Problem Resolution: Troubleshoot and resolve product and service-related problems, ensuring minimal downtime and maximum customer satisfaction.
  • Team Leadership: Supervise and mentor a team of technical sales specialists, providing guidance and support to ensure team success.
  • Business Planning: Develop and implement business plans, setting targets and goals to drive sales growth and revenue.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • Work Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in sales, preferably in the manufacturing and industrial products sector.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • Computer Skills: Proficient in MS Outlook and MS Word.
  • Transportation: Public transportation is available.
  • Work Environment: Fast-paced environment, with a focus on meeting tight deadlines and delivering results under pressure.
  • Personal Qualities: Client-focused, efficient, organized, reliable, and a team player.
