We are seeking a highly experienced Commercial Director to lead our revenue growth strategy at Accor Hotels. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving all revenue streams for our Resort and Club properties.

Key Responsibilities
  • Revenue Growth Strategy: Develop and execute a comprehensive revenue growth strategy to maximize revenue and profit for our Resort and Club properties.
  • Sales and Marketing Leadership: Lead and manage a team of sales and marketing professionals to achieve revenue growth targets and exceed hotel revenue goals.
  • Commercial Strategy: Collaborate with property leaders to develop and implement commercial strategies that drive revenue growth and increase market share performance.
  • Brand Alignment: Connect the performance needs for the hotel and Club with the solutions designed by the Fairmont brand enterprise, in each key segment the Resort serves.
  • Marketing and Communications: Work with Commercial Leadership and Brand e-Commerce teams to build and establish Resort and Club B2B marketing, digital marketing, social media, public relations, and communications channels.
  • Team Leadership: Recruit, retain, and develop best-in-class sales and marketing professionals, and lead, engage, and develop team members to achieve revenue growth targets.
  • Financial Management: Develop and execute departmental expense budget and forecasts, and analyze financial, technological, and demographic factors to capitalize on market opportunities.
Requirements
  • Experience: Minimum of five (5) years of Hotel Sales, Catering, or Marketing Experience, with management experience as a Director.
  • Leadership Experience: 5 years Minimum of Leadership Experience in a Full-Service Hotel/Resort: 4-star plus.
  • Skills: Highly professional presentation and communication (oral and written) skills, with the ability to interact with executive-level constituents, and proficiency with standard Microsoft Office and Hotel Sales and Catering Platforms.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as Hospitality, Marketing, or Business Administration.
