Position Overview: In the capacity of Infrastructure Server and Storage Lead, you will take charge of the strategic planning, design, and execution of our global IT infrastructure, which includes both datacenters and cloud architecture. You will also oversee a team of engineers who share similar technical responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategically plan, design, size, and implement global IT infrastructure, encompassing datacenters and cloud solutions.
- Provide support for all on-premise and cloud infrastructure, including servers, storage, and hypervisors.
- Design, maintain, and manage all backup infrastructure and associated software.
- Develop new infrastructure solutions tailored to the business and application needs of various teams.
- Operate, maintain, and administer edge and data center infrastructure, covering all servers, storage, and backup devices.
- Ensure the integrity and seamless operation of entrusted environments.
- Deliver third-level support as needed.
- Lead and manage a team of engineers with shared technical responsibilities.
Qualifications:
- A minimum of 4 years of experience managing highly skilled engineers while maintaining a hands-on approach.
- Proficient in managing data center infrastructure technologies.
- Expertise in VMware vSphere administration, including storage and network design/management.
- Skilled in the installation and administration of PURE and Dell storage solutions.
- Proficient in Azure administration for cloud infrastructure.
- Expertise in Windows Server and Linux (Ubuntu) administration.
- Confident in managing top-tier infrastructure engineers.
