Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Front Desk Associate to join our team at Comfort Inn & Suites. As a key member of our front desk team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our guests, handling room reservations, and ensuring a smooth check-in and check-out process.

Key Responsibilities
  • Guest Registration: Register arriving guests and assign rooms, ensuring accurate and efficient processing.
  • Room Reservations: Process group arrivals and departures, take, cancel, and change room reservations as needed.
  • Customer Service: Provide information on hotel facilities and services, as well as general information about points of interest in the area.
  • Payment Processing: Process guests' departures, calculate charges, and receive payments in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Administrative Tasks: Balance cash, complete balance sheets, and maintain an inventory of vacancies, reservations, and room assignments.
  • Emergency Procedures: Follow emergency and safety procedures, and perform clerical duties as needed.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: Experience an asset.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 40 hours per week.
