About the Role

CN is seeking a highly skilled Change Management and Training Coordinator to support the successful implementation of our Elevate Business Transformation Program. As a key member of our Information and Technology (I&T) team, you will play a critical role in ensuring that people, process, and technology changes are prioritized and executed effectively.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct change impact assessments and stakeholder analysis for various change initiatives and projects
  • Support the development and execution of change management plans, including communication, training, and sustainment activities
  • Design and deliver training programs, including instructor-led, e-learning, and blended learning solutions, using adult learning principles and best practices
  • Coordinate and manage training logistics, such as scheduling, registration, and evaluation
  • Develop training materials and resources, including job aids, quick reference guides, presentations, and videos
  • Ensure training materials are available in English and French for end users in Sharepoint, Learning Management System, and SAP Enable Now
  • Monitor and evaluate the outcomes and benefits of change and training interventions, using qualitative and quantitative methods
  • Draft communications and ensure communication and training plans are up to date
  • Provide feedback and recommendations on change and training effectiveness and opportunities for improvement
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with internal and external partners and vendors
Requirements

Education

Bachelor's degree in organizational development, human resources, education, or related field

Experience in organizational change management or training will be an asset

Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills

Strong planning and organizational skills

Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment

Proficient in Microsoft Office, SharePoint, e-learning authoring, and communication tools

Demonstrated commitment to continuous learning and professional development
