Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Stock Clerk Supervisor to join our team at Canadian Tire Squamish. As a key member of our retail team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our store, including inventory management, staff supervision, and customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Inventory Management: Ensure accurate and efficient inventory management, including receiving, stocking, and maintaining inventory levels.
  • Staff Supervision: Supervise and coordinate the activities of sales staff, including assigning duties, providing training, and evaluating performance.
  • Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service, responding to customer inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive shopping experience.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and analyze sales reports, inventory levels, and other relevant data to inform business decisions.
  • Store Operations: Oversee the daily operations of the store, including maintaining a clean and organized store environment, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures, and implementing process improvements.
Requirements
  • Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma required.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a retail or inventory management role.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and strong attention to detail.
