Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Stock Clerk Supervisor to join our team at Canadian Tire Squamish. Key Responsibilities
  • Inventory Management: Ensure accurate and efficient inventory management, including receiving, storing, and stocking merchandise.
  • Staff Supervision: Supervise and coordinate the activities of sales workers, including assigning duties, training, and evaluating performance.
  • Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and analyze sales reports, identifying trends and areas for improvement.
  • Store Operations: Oversee the daily operations of the store, including maintaining a clean and organized store environment, managing cash handling and security procedures, and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
Requirements
  • Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma required.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a retail or inventory management role.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and strong attention to detail.
