About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Retail Store Supervisor to join our team at Canadian Tire Squamish. As a key member of our retail team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our store, ensuring excellent customer service, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Supervision
    • Supervise and coordinate the activities of cashiers, grocery clerks, shelf stockers, retail salespersons, and sales clerks.

  • Inventory Management
    • Organize and maintain inventory levels to ensure efficient stock management.

Requirements

  • Experience
    • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a retail environment.
