Executive Director

The Globe Theatre is seeking a dynamic and visionary leader to serve as its Executive Director. As the co-lead alongside the Artistic Director, the successful candidate will be responsible for developing and operationalizing the business, vision, and focus of the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic plans to advance the organization's mission and goals
- Provide oversight to all aspects of financial management, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting
- Manage strategic partnerships, government relations, and compliance
- Lead the development and implementation of human resources strategies, including union and labor relations, and bargaining
- Act as the administrative liaison to the Board of Directors, preparing and attending all committee and Board meetings
Qualifications:
- Proven track record of leadership and administration in cultural institutions or other relevant sectors
- Strong financial management skills, business acumen, and experience in implementing budgets
- Ability to advance and maintain a collaborative and supportive workplace environment for staff
- Deep commitment to advancing reconciliation, equity, diversity, inclusion, and accessibility
