We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced General Manager to lead our culinary operations at MELT WICH FOOD CO. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day activities of our restaurants, ensuring exceptional customer service, and driving business growth.
Key Responsibilities- Strategic Planning: Develop and implement business strategies to drive revenue growth, improve customer satisfaction, and increase operational efficiency.
- Team Management: Lead and manage a team of middle managers, directors, and other executive staff to achieve business objectives.
- Resource Allocation: Allocate resources effectively to implement organizational policies and programs, ensuring optimal use of human, financial, and material resources.
- Communication: Represent the organization in negotiations and other official functions, and delegate representatives to act on behalf of the organization as needed.
- Performance Monitoring: Monitor and evaluate the performance of the organization, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions as necessary.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
- Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a senior management role, preferably in the food service industry.
- Skills: Strong leadership and management skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
