Your Impact

Known internally as a Client Solutions Manager, you will engage directly with our commercial clients to deliver the outstanding service Gallagher is renowned for. This entails managing an established portfolio of clients, overseeing the renewal process, handling daily policy adjustments, collaborating with insurers, and marketing policies as necessary.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a designated portfolio of commercial clients, focusing on business retention and continuously enhancing customer relationships.
  • Review accounts during renewal periods, taking essential steps to secure the necessary coverage for clients, re-marketing when needed, and adhering to the binding authority established by carriers.
  • Respond promptly and efficiently to client inquiries, ensuring a swift turnaround for any required actions.
  • Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling, generating quality leads, and collaborating with Account Executives to secure client commitments.
  • Continuously enhance your knowledge of the insurance market, staying informed about new products and policy updates.
  • Collaborate with Account Executives on cross-selling initiatives and leverage resources within Gallagher.

Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma/GED with 2+ years of relevant experience.
  • New Brunswick level 2 license or higher.
  • Proficiency in both written and spoken English and French is essential.
