About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Client Solutions Associate to join our team at Gallagher. As a key member of our Surety department, you will play a critical role in delivering tailored bonding and insurance solutions to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support a designated portfolio of Surety clientele, ensuring a seamless bonding experience
  • Update documents using internal systems, including company portals, and prepare new bonding documents and endorsements
  • Aid in the preparation of invoices, certificates of insurance, and letters of insurance undertaking
  • Collaborate in the creation of client presentations, prepare RFPs, and strengthen relationships with Surety partners
  • Determine areas of opportunity for operational improvement, leveraging available technology and Gallagher resources
Requirements
  • Secondary School Diploma, College or University Degree strongly preferred or equivalent work experience
  • Broker's License or willingness to obtain
  • 1-2 years of professional work experience required
  • Experience in an Insurance Brokerage, Surety, or Customer Facing Environment highly preferred
